Best gorditas. And the best Mexican food in Liberal. The Harina (flour) gorditas are great. The desebrada is the best, has amazing flavor! And really great salsa

Authentic mexican food so awesome that I nearly forgot to take a pic. Think permanent food truck and your expectations will be fine. The folks here are wonderful and the food truly was absolutely delicious. Go out of your way to eat here.

Best bite I’ve had in Liberal: spicy shredded beef Gordita from Gorditas 2 Go. Also got a steak Gordita which was great, but the shredded beef was just too good. Perfectly seasoned and the right amount of spice. Price is right as well. Definitely check them out!

Omg, in love with the Desebrada (Shredded Beef). Reminded me of New Mexico, which I miss. Will definitely come back and recommend!

Driving home to Chicago from New Mexico. Came across this gem. Food is amazing. Prices are reasonable. Tortillas seem to be homemade. Mega burritos are the size of a college football. My kids loved the gorditas. From a Chicago perspective, I definitely recommend. Truly authentic.
